Yolk Recruitment ltd are currently partnered with a leading Digital Solutions Provider to recruit an Email Automation Specialist. Using Braze, you'll be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing automated email workflows within the Braze customer engagement platform. You'll leverage Braze's features to create personalised, data-driven email journeys that improve engagement and customer experience.

Here's what you'll be doing:

* Developing email automation strategies:

Planning and executing email automation campaigns to achieve specific business goals (e.g., increasing conversions, driving engagement, improving customer retention).

* Building and managing email workflows:

Creating and maintaining automated email sequences, using Braze's features like real-time triggers, dynamic personalisation, and intelligent automation.

* Segmenting and personalising emails:

Using customer data within Braze to segment audiences and personalise email content for maximum impact.

* Optimising email campaigns:

Analysing email performance data within Braze and making adjustments to improve results.

* Integrate with other systems:

Connecting Braze with other marketing automation tools or CRM systems to ensure a unified customer experience.

The skills and experience you'll bring to the team:

• Experience with email marketing: Familiarity with email marketing best practices, including segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
• Experience with customer engagement platforms: Familiarity with platforms like Braze or similar tools.
• Understanding of email marketing analytics: Ability to analyse email campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills: Ability to effectively communicate with other teams and stakeholders.
