E3D Administrator

Senior AVEVA E3D Administrator | FEED | Offshore Energy | Norwich

I'm currently supporting a specialist offshore engineering organisation in their search for an experienced Senior AVEVA E3D Administrator to support the engineering and design delivery of a Minimum Facilities Jacket Platform FEED project based in Norwich.

This role will suit an experienced E3D professional with a strong background in 3D engineering system administration, model management and multidisciplinary offshore engineering projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, configure and administer AVEVA E3D project environments, including databases, MDB structures, user accounts and permissions

Manage E3D catalogues, specifications, reference data and project naming conventions

Maintain project model integrity, including model validation, quality control and clash detection

Prepare and support 30%, 60%, 90% and final model reviews

Support multidisciplinary engineering teams across Structural, Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation and Technical Safety

Manage model backups, archiving, data exchange and integration with supporting engineering platforms

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years' experience with AVEVA E3D, PDMS or equivalent 3D engineering design systems

Advanced AVEVA E3D administration skills

Strong knowledge of project setup, database administration and catalogue/specification management

Experience supporting multidisciplinary engineering teams

Experience with model reviews, clash detection and model quality assurance

Previous experience within Oil & Gas, Offshore Energy, Renewables, CCS or similar industries

Desirable:

Experience delivering FEED, Detailed Design and Brownfield Modification projects

Knowledge of AVEVA Global and model governance principles

Experience with Navisworks, SACS and AutoCAD

HND, Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Design, Information Management, CAD Administration or a related discipline

This is an excellent contract opportunity to play a key role in a significant offshore FEED project, working with a collaborative and experienced multidisciplinary engineering team
