Our client, a rapidly expanding fintech / finance broakerage is seeking a well experienced and organised professional with a sharp eye for detail and a natural drive and passion to support senior leadership. In this pivotal role, you'll work closely with our Executive Chairman and other individuals of the Executive Team ensuring seamless coordination and administrative excellence in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be able to grow intpo the full role whoch would also include elements of HR, event management, creating presentations and spreadsheets (intermediate PowerPoint and Excel is a must have) and being pivotal for the CEO to exceed his objectives. Position: Executive Administrative Manager (EA to CEO inc. HR / Events / Admin)
Reporting to: CEO / Executive Chairman
Location: Solihull HQ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
1. EA Support (70%) 1:1 (CEO) / 1:2 (CEO / CCO)
2. Secretariat Duties
3. HR & Operational Support
4. Reporting & Presentation Preparation
Ideal Candidate Profile
Compensation
Salary negotiable upto £45,000.00 plus package including discretionary yearly bonus, 8% pension, 36 days holiday (inclusive of UK bank holidays), Life insurance and Health insurance. Free car parking onsite.
