The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly experienced, top level C-Suite Executive Assistant to support the dynamic CEO of a cutting-edge life sciences company. The CEO, who has just relocated to the UK is a high-energy, mission-driven leader with a changing diary and complex international schedule, multiple board responsibilities and looking for a trusted right hand EA to enable him to operate at top level.

This role is pivotal to the firm, demanding a trusted EA with high emotional intelligence, who is resourceful and discreet with excellent attention to detail. You will be liaising with the leadership team, global board members, investors as well as stakeholders, and you will provide key input into the business. The office is boutique but still in start up mode so very fast paced and requiring a professional EA with a proven track record in supporting a CEO from a pharmaceutical/medical/life sciences or start-up environment. This is a chance to make a real impact alongside a CEO who values collaboration, precision, and someone who enjoys being an integral part of the leadership team. The scope is huge so someone who wants to grow and build skills alongside a team of like minded intellectual high achievers.

Responsibilities

• Manage an intense and ever-changing global calendar, ensuring seamless travel and meeting logistics.
• Coordinate Board and Investor meetings including scheduling, logistics, venue sourcing, board packs and beyond.
• Attend meetings with the CEO and providing concise notes
• Regularly liaising professionally with high-profile stakeholders.
• Stay on top of deliverables across multiple time zones, juggling shifting priorities with ease.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure the CEO is fully resourced ahead of all his key engagements.

Who You Are

• You’ve supported a C-suite executive, ideally in a fast-paced boutique environment or start-up.
• You have high EQ and resilience and can work at pace under pressure.
• A natural multi-tasker, with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to anticipate needs.
• You understand board governance, investor relations, and the importance of diplomacy.
• You thrive in a nimble, high-performance team – sleeves rolled up, zero ego.
• A graduate and or medical/pharmaceutical background is ideal.
• You have proven global travel and scheduling experience, with the ability to navigate frequent changes and time zones smoothly.

Location: South West London (Hybrid 3/2)
Salary: to £60,000 + Wellness Allowance + Pension + 25 days holiday + Bonus + Medical + Life Assurance
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am–5.30pm (with a little flexibility)
