Job Description - EA to Founder

Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO

Location: Central London
Salary: £65 - 70k
Start Date: ASAP

The Role:
A unique opportunity for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to support the Founder/CEO of a fast-growing, innovative company in Central London. You will provide seamless business and personal support, optimising the Founder’s time and helping drive the success of a dynamic organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Provide office support, including inbox management and expense tracking
Assist with research, presentations, and key initiatives
Liaise with internal teams and external partners
Light support on personal logistics, appointments, and household staff

About You:

5+ years’ EA experience, within in a start-up or high-growth environment
Highly organised with a strong work ethic
Discreet, professional, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment

What We Offer:

Salary up to £70k, depending on experience
