Description
Manage the President's diary, including scheduling meetings and organising travel arrangements. Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and related documents. Act as the first point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the President. Coordinate events, presentations, and other activities as required. Maintain accurate records and filing systems for correspondence and documentation. Assist with the preparation of reports, briefings, and presentations. Liaise with senior stakeholders and external organisations to ensure smooth communication. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Profile
A successful EA to the President should have:
Previous experience in a similar executive support role, ideally within the healthcare sector. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of professionalism.Job Offer
