Job Description - EAL Teacher

About the role

EduTalent Group is recruiting for an experienced EAL Teacher to join a successful primary school in Medway, Kent. This fixed -term role has the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will support pupils with English as an Additional Language, assessing and delivering tailored lessons, liaising with families, and developing the EAL practice of colleagues. The school prides itself on a “good” Ofsted rating with outstanding features and a supportive, welcoming environment.

Requirements

Qualified teacher with outstanding practice
Experience teaching EAL pupils across primary age ranges
Ability to support and develop non -specialist colleagues in EAL teaching
Passionate about improving outcomes for all children
Positive, organised, and adaptable approach
Strong communication skills with all stakeholders
