Early Career Teacher (Secondary)
Teach Now is delighted to be recruiting an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) for a forward -thinking secondary school in the London Borough of Hillingdon. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or early -career teacher to begin their professional journey in a supportive, inclusive, and well -resourced school environment.
The successful candidate will teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and potentially 5, delivering engaging and well -structured lessons that inspire curiosity, confidence, and academic progress. You will be supported by experienced mentors, a strong leadership team, and a collaborative department committed to excellence in teaching and learning. This role is ideal for an ECT who is eager to develop their practice, embrace feedback, and make a meaningful impact on pupils’ lives.
Key Responsibilities Include:
• Planning and delivering high -quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
• Assessing, tracking, and supporting pupil progress
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and support staff
• Upholding safeguarding, behaviour, and school policies
