Location: Fakenham, Norfolk Salary: £32,916–£38,766 per year (depending on experience) Contract: Full-time | Permanent Start Date: September 2026 (or sooner by agreement) Closing Date: 15 Aug 2026

The Role
Deliver engaging, creative lessons tailored to pupils with SEN, SEMH and additional learning needs.
Build positive relationships that promote confidence, resilience and achievement.
Work collaboratively with experienced teachers, therapists and support staff.
Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing learning environment.
Develop your teaching practice through high-quality mentoring, training and CPD.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or achieving QTS before starting.
Early Career Teacher (ECT) seeking a supportive first teaching post.
Passion for working with children and young people with additional needs.
Positive, resilient and reflective approach to teaching.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
