Are you someone who has or is about to complete your PGCE or Teaching Degree and thinking of supply work in September to build your experience, knowledge and opportunities to work in different schools?
 

Here at Long-Term Teachers, we work closely with Primary Schools in and around the Bristol & Weston-Super-Mare area. These schools are looking for Teachers to work on a flexible basis from September, supporting with PPA cover and absences. 

 

This is a great opportunity for you to work in some wonderful schools who have passionate teaching teams who are creative and energetic and are always looking to support one another. 

 

Here at Long-Term Teachers, we are ready to assist an early careers teacher to gain vital experience and build on their confidence. 


 

The Role

 

We are keen to support you as an ECT to help you build your experience and skillset to become a successful teacher. 

 

There are a number of opportunities within these schools; EYFS Teacher, KS1 Teacher, KS2 Teacher, PPA Teacher and day to day cover.

Some positions are full-time and others are part-time roles, but all positions start from September.

 

  • Have positive behaviour management techniques. 
  • Communicate clearly with staff members. 
  • Work closely with the class Teaching Assistants to support individual children. 
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff and parents. 
  • Hold high expectations of the pupils' achievements. 
  • Have a creative mindset when planning lessons.

We are an independent agency working with Nurseries, Primary, Secondary and Special Schools.
