What you'll be doing:
Supporting pupils in a nurturing and structured learning environment Working with small groups of learners (typically 5–8 pupils) Providing occasional 1:1 support where needed Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing Assisting children with autism, communication needs, sensory differences, and developmental delays Helping pupils achieve personal and educational goals
About the school:
This welcoming SEN school supports learners aged 3–19 with a range of Additional Learning Needs (ALN), including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), PMLD, and communication or physical disabilities.

What we're looking for:
✔ Degree in Early Childhood Studies (or a related subject) ✔ Passion for working with children and young people ✔ Patient, caring, and resilient approach ✔ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) ✔ EWC Registration (support provided) ✔ Previous SEN experience is welcome but not required

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
