An amazing Primary School is in Slough, is seeking a dedicated Early Years SEND Teacher to join their inclusive and supportive team. This role is ideal for a compassionate professional who has experience with interventions, autism, and teaching students with EHCPs. • Plan, prepare, and deliver educational activities that cater specifically to the needs of students with SEND.
• Implement and adapt educational materials to meet the individual needs of students with EHCPs.
• Work collaboratively with support staff and specialists to implement effective interventions.
• Regularly assess and record the progress of students, adapting learning plans as necessary.
• Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to thrive.
• Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and other professionals to support student development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience in teaching early years students with special educational needs, particularly those with autism and EHCPs.
• Proven ability to plan and deliver effective interventions.
• Strong understanding of the strategies needed to manage and support SEND students effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
