Early Years Educator

We have various Early Years Educator, Room Leader and Deputy Manager opportunities based in Northwest London for a reputable and well-established group of nurseries. The nurseries offer care for children aged between 3 months to 5 years and are open all year round.

As an Early Years Educator, your duties will include:

• Communicating with your Manager on any day-to-day issues in relation to your role.
• Being aware of OFSTED national standards.
• Implementing and supporting the nursery policies.
• Maintaining up to date records on children attending the nursery.
• Being responsible for housekeeping duties.
• Working effectively with other team members and support each other.
• Working in partnership with parents for the benefit of the children.
• Promoting a professional image of the nursery.
• Assisting in the organisation and attending out of hours meetings and training sessions when requested to do so by the Nursery Manager.
• Supporting the management ethos.
• Undertaking any duties set to you by the management team that will assist in the day to day running of the nursery.
