Overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Early Years Educator to join our vibrant team. This role is crucial in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners, where they can develop social, emotional, and foundational educational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement age-appropriate educational activities that cater to the development of children aged 0-5 years.


• Mentor and guide staff to ensure high standards of care and education are achieved in accordance with regulatory compliance.


• Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, adhering to safety principles and best practices.


• Monitor and assess children's progress and development, and communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s milestones.


• Collaborate with the team to develop and assess key performance indicators to improve educational outcomes.


• Manage budgets and resources efficiently to ensure the sustainability of nursery programs and activities.


• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and standards governing early childhood education.

Essential Qualifications

• Relevant experience in early childhood education, specifically focusing on the development of children under the age of 5.


• Strong mentoring and team management skills.


• Deep understanding of regulatory compliance related to early years settings.


• Ability to design educational programs that meet the diverse needs of children.


• Proficient in budgeting skills for resource management.

Desired Experience

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role within an educational setting.


• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team to deliver high-quality education.


• Experience in using key performance indicators to track and enhance children’s development.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £21,000 - £28,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
