Mploy Staffing Solutions Ltd is looking to source L2, L3 & Deputy Manager Early Years Educators for a highly valued client within their Dorchester, Dorset (L3 & L2), Poole, Dorset (Deputy Manager & L3) & Honiton, Devon (L3 & L2) settings.

Why should you be in interested? Our client is offering:

  • Deputy Manager pay between £14 to £15 p/h (£29,120 to £31,200 PA @ 40 hours per week) - subject to experience and interview performance.Looking for part time? Do let us know as our client has some flexibility.
  • L3 pay between £12 to £13 p/h (£24,960 to £27,040 PA @ 40 hours per week). 10-to-40-hour p/w contracts available. Subject to experience and interview performance.
  • L2 pay at £11.50 to £12.50 p/h (£23,920 to £26,000 PA @ 40 hours per week). 10-to-40-hour p/w contracts available. Subject to experience and interview performance.
  • a Monday to Friday working/study pattern. Hours of work planned between 0700hrs to 1800hrs, on a rota basis, includes a paid break with a free hot lunch.
  • 28 days of holiday PA, including Bank Holidays. Rises to 30 days with long service, details available upon request.
  • 50% off childcare, in setting, a saving of up to £16,243.50 PA.
  • fully funded training including opportunities to study Food Hygiene, First Aid, Health & Safety, Child Protection, Equal Opportunities certificates alongside further Early Years qualifications.
  • client funded DBS checks & uniform.
  • a £250 refer a friend scheme.
  • a length of service cash bonus & company sick pay scheme, details available upon request.

Still interested? In return for these excellent benefits our client is looking for a candidate who:

  • is a qualified Early Years Educator (at least L3), with L2 qualifications in English/Maths/IT and around 3 years of industry experience (Deputy Manager). or
  • is a qualified Early Years Educator (L3) with 1 year of industry experience (minimum requirement for this pay rate) (L3). or
  • is a qualified Early Years Educator (L2) with a licence to practice (minimum requirement for this pay rate). Don’t have a licence to practice, not to worry our client can help (L2).
  • is passionate about nurturing children during their early years of education.
  • wants to be an expert communicator with basic IT competences. Not to worry our client will provide induction training but expect to regularly update plans, records & reports on our client’s Nursery Management Software.
  • wants to act as a key person ensuring the best possible education/care of a designated group of children. Expect to regularly liaise with families & allied professionals.
  • wants to work within the Early Years statutory framework & to company policies/procedures.
  • is willing to undertake an Enhanced DBS check and wants to learn about safeguarding considerations.
  • is/wants to be: well presented; a role model; compassionate; an effective planner; committed to improving outcomes; caring; empathetic; customer focused; collaborative; team focused; playful; energetic; consistent; calm; respectful; studious; honest; open minded; reliable; mature; organised; hardworking & reflective.
