Are you a passionate and nurturing Early Years Educator looking to make a positive difference in young children's lives? We are seeking a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic individual to join a welcoming Early Years setting, supporting children during the most important stages of their learning and development.
The successful candidate must hold a relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or an equivalent recognised qualification and have a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework. You will be committed to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, supported, and encouraged to reach their full potential.
In this role, you will support children's learning through play-based activities, encourage their social, emotional, and physical development, and work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver engaging experiences that inspire curiosity, creativity, and independence. You will also observe, assess, and record children's progress, ensuring their individual needs are met and that appropriate support is provided for children with additional needs.
The ideal candidate will be caring, patient, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for Early Years education. You should have a positive approach to behaviour management and be confident in building strong, professional relationships with children, parents, carers, and colleagues.
This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a supportive Early Years team that values high-quality childcare, teamwork, and continuous professional development. If you hold a relevant Level 3 qualification or equivalent, have a passion for helping young children thrive, and are ready to make a real difference, we would love to hear from you!
Apply today to take the next step in your Early Years career.
