You will be joining a nurturing and forward-thinking Senior Leadership Team that offers excellent support and professional development.

As an Early Years Leader, you will:

• Be a strong and experienced EYFS teacher with a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning and curriculum design.

• Demonstrate confident and compassionate leadership, inspiring staff and pupils alike.

• Be committed to driving progress, raising standards, and removing barriers to learning.

• Hold high expectations for all learners and yourself.

• Be passionate about developing a hands-on, child-centred curriculum in a warm and stimulating environment.
