Our client is seeking a dedicated Early Years Practitioner to join their team in providing high-quality care and education to young children in the 3-5 playroom.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, have knowledge of the Curriculum for Excellence and have a strong desire to nurture and teach little minds.

The Role

• Plan and implement engaging activities to support children's learning and development
• Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn
• Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
• Lead the nursery team in delivering excellent care and education
• Manage the day-to-day running of the nursery
• Utilise your leadership skills to inspire and motivate staff
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all children in your care

Skills and Qualifications

• Qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent Level 3 in Children and Young People
• Experience working with young children in a nursery setting
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to drive is desirable for potential outings or emergencies
• Passion for childcare and supporting children's holistic development
• Excellent organisational skills to manage daily activities effectively
