Academics are working with a welcoming and supportive school in Hoddesdon who are looking for a passionate Early Years Practitioner to join their team.

The Role

As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play an important role in supporting children's development and creating a safe, engaging and enjoyable learning environment.

You'll be responsible for:

Providing excellent care, support and supervision to children
Supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities
Helping to create a safe, positive and inclusive environment
Following safeguarding, Health & Safety and school policies
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Keeping accurate records of children's development
Working closely with teachers and the wider school team
Supporting the welfare and wellbeing of every childA Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification is desirable, but not essential.
