Complete Classroom Services is looking for enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Practitioners to support early years settings in Dunstable. With both ad hoc and long-term opportunities available, this is an excellent chance to find a role that suits your availability and career goals.

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about early childhood development and dedicated to creating a safe, stimulating and supportive environment where young children can learn, grow and flourish.

The Role

* Support children's learning and development through engaging, age-appropriate activities.

* Help create a welcoming, safe and inclusive environment for all children.

* Encourage children's communication, social skills, confidence and independence.

* Assist with planning and delivering activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

* Work closely with colleagues to ensure children's individual needs are met and their progress is supported.

The Ideal Candidate

* Must hold a minimum Level 2 qualification in a relevant childcare or early years course.

* Have a genuine passion for working with young children.

* Understand the importance of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.

* Demonstrate patience, creativity and excellent communication skills.

* Be reliable, adaptable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
