Requirements

The Dedicated Talent We Need:

A genuine passion for childcare, steadfast reliability, and a readiness to get involved are the cornerstones of our team. We are actively hiring through two distinct routes:

1. The Qualified Educators (Level 2 & Level 3):

• You must hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years qualification (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, NNEB, Level 3 Early Years Educator).
  

• (Please note: Teaching Assistant or Health & Social Care certifications do not meet the statutory nursery ratio requirements for this specific tier).
  

2. The Experienced Unqualified Enthusiasts:

• You may not possess a formal early years certificate, but your hands -on experience and natural affinity for childcare shine through! If you have recent, verifiable professional experience working in a nursery and are eager to make an impact, we welcome your application.
  

What You Must Bring to the Floor:

• The Drive: You must be highly motivated, dependable, and always ready to engage with the children and support the core team with a cheerful attitude.
  

• The Safety Standard: A current Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate is highly desirable. If you do not hold one, you must be fully prepared to undertake the training to ensure our environments remain safe for every child.
