Early Years Practitioner - BS4

About the Role

We are currently recruiting qualified Nursery Practitioners to work on a flexible supply basis across a range of nurseries in Bristol. This is an ideal opportunity for enthusiastic early years professionals seeking flexible working hours while gaining experience in a variety of settings.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality care and learning in line with the EYFS framework
Support children's development through safe, engaging, play-based activities
Adapt quickly to different nursery environments and routines
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment at all times
Work collaboratively with nursery teams to maintain high standards
Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policiesRequirements

Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare (or equivalent)
Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
Good understanding of the EYFS framework
A flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Desirable

Experience supporting children with SEND
Paediatric First Aid qualification
