Early Years Practitioner Level 3

Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Practitioner Level 3 to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will support the development and education of children in our care, ensuring they enjoy a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering activities that promote learning through play and support each child's individual needs.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate children's learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe and assess children’s progress and contribute to planning activities that promote development.
• Maintain a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Adhere to all company policies and regulatory requirements regarding child protection, health, and safety.

Requirements:

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent relevant childcare qualification.
• Experience working in a nursery or early years setting is desirable.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently.
• Enhanced DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
