Early Years Practitioner/Senior Nursery Practitioner

Link3 Recruitment is looking for an experienced Senior Early Years Practitioner, and a passionate Early Years Practitioner in the SE6 area in London.

- Early Years Practitioner

As an Early Years Practitioner, you’ll be part of a nurturing and enthusiastic team that provides high-quality care and education to children aged 0–5. You'll help deliver creative learning experiences, support children’s development, and ensure they feel safe, happy, and valued.

Key Requirements:

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Childcare qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of experience in an early years setting
• A good understanding of the EYFS
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• A love for working with young children and helping them grow

- Senior Early Years Practitioner

This role is ideal for an experienced practitioner ready to take on added responsibility. You’ll lead by example, support junior staff, and help shape a positive, stimulating learning environment where children can thrive.

Key Requirements:

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or higher)
• 2+ years’ experience with children aged 0–5
• In-depth knowledge of the EYFS framework
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• A deep commitment to early years education and child development
