Early Years Primary Teacher September 2025

Desian Education are supporting a local Sefton based primary school who are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a friendly and forward-thinking team from September 2025. The role will be for 12 months with the chance to become permanent.

The school we are supporting have an established teaching team and understand that the early years are the foundation of a child’s educational journey. Their EYFS team creates a warm, stimulating, and play-rich environment where children feel safe, confident, and ready to explore the world.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a deep understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum
• Brings creativity, energy, and a child-centred approach to teaching
• Builds strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Promotes learning through play, discovery, and structured routines
• Is committed to continuous professional development and reflective practice

**Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are encouraged to apply - we offer excellent support and mentoring.
