• SEN Support: Provide dedicated support for children with special educational needs in early years settings.

• In-Classroom Support: Assist teachers in the classroom by helping to manage and support the learning of pupils.

• Individualized Attention: Work closely with children to ensure they can access the curriculum and thrive in a supportive learning environment.

• Experience working with children, especially those with special educational needs (SEN).

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• An understanding of safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
