We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Specialist Teaching Assistant to join our complex needs school in Rugby on a full-time basis from September. This role offers a temp-to-perm contract, with the opportunity to transition into a permanent position. If you are available to start sooner, this would be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to Early Years students with SEN.
• Assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to implement individual learning plans.
• Support students with sensory play, communication, and daily activities.
• Foster a safe and engaging atmosphere to promote development and confidence.

Requirements:

• Experience in Early Years education is essential.
• Previous experience supporting children with SEN is required.
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach to learning support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and specialists.
