Early Years Teacher

• Deliver engaging, play -based learning in line with the EYFS framework

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment

• Support children’s early development across communication, social, emotional, and academic areas

• Use observation and assessment to inform planning and next steps

• Work closely with teaching assistants, SEN staff, and parents

• Strong focus on early childhood development and inclusive practice

• Well -resourced Early Years provision with excellent indoor and outdoor learning spaces

• Collaborative staff culture that values creativity and child -centred learning

• Clear behaviour expectations and a strong emphasis on wellbeing

• Have experience teaching within Early Years / EYFS

• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
