We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher with QTS or a Level 6 qualification to join our client’s vibrant team. This role is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic educator to inspire and nurture young children, fostering their development in a supportive and stimulating environment.

The nursery offers spacious, age-appropriate rooms and a beautiful outdoor area where children can explore, play, and learn.

What We’re Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a Level 6 qualification in Early Years Education.

• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.

• Up-to-date knowledge of the early years curriculum and best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children, parents, and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that encourage children’s learning and development.

• Create a nurturing and inclusive environment that supports children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth.

• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to meet each child’s individual needs.

• Monitor and assess children’s progress, providing regular feedback to parents.

• Maintain high standards of safeguarding and well-being in the early years setting.
