We are currently recruiting for a caring, enthusiastic and reliable Level 3 Early Years TA to work within nursery and primary school settings in Chatham.

This is a full-time position and offers flexibility for candidates who are happy to work within a nursery setting, where working hours may vary depending on the needs of the setting.

The Role

You could be working within either a nursery or primary school environment, supporting children with their early learning and development.

Responsibilities may include:

Supporting children's learning through play and structured activities

Helping create a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment

Supporting children's social, emotional and educational development

Working alongside teachers and nursery staff

Assisting with daily routines and classroom activities

Encouraging children's independence and confidence

Supporting individual learning and development needs

What We're Looking For

Level 3 Early Years qualification - essential

Previous experience working with children in an Early Years setting

Comfortable working within either a nursery or primary school

Flexible working hours if working within a nursery setting

Reliable, enthusiastic and nurturing approach

DBS required, or willingness to apply for a new DBS

Driver preferred due to the location of the settings
