A vibrant and inclusive primary school in Brent is seeking a motivated and caring Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.

About the Role:
As an Early Years TA, you'll play a key role in supporting children at a crucial stage of their learning journey. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a safe, stimulating, and engaging environment that encourages exploration, learning, and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the class teacher in delivering fun, age-appropriate lessons and activities.
* Provide tailored 1:1 and small group support to help children reach developmental and academic milestones.
* Foster a nurturing classroom atmosphere that promotes curiosity, confidence, and positive relationships.
* Support children's physical, social, and emotional development in line with EYFS framework.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to monitor progress and respond to individual learning needs.

What We're Looking For:
* Qualifications (either of the following):
* CACHE Level 3 Diploma in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
* OR a 2:1 or higher degree in Education Studies or Early Years Education
* A genuine passion for early childhood education
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A caring, proactive, and adaptable approach
* Previous experience in an EYFS or primary school setting is beneficial but not essential
