Early Years Teaching Assistant - Pre-prep School

A wonderful pre-prep school is looking for early years teachers to join their team. The successful candidates will play a crucial role in fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for their young learners.

The Role:

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities for two to four year olds
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians
• Contribute to the overall positive ethos of the school.

The Ideal candidate

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Previous experience working in an Early Years setting is desirable
• Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.

Salary and Benefits:

• £24,000 to £26,000 p.a plus benefits
