Early Years Teaching Assistant - Primary School - Warrington

Are you passionate about working with young children and looking for your next opportunity in a primary school or nursery?

Tradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support nurseries, or the Early Year provision within primary schools.

You will work closely with the class teacher, supporting children through play-based learning and helping them develop their confidence, communication and independence.

The role will involve:

Supporting children across nursery or reception
Providing one to one and small-group support where needed
Helping with learning through play and practical activities
Supporting communication, social skills and independence
Assisting with classroom organisation and daily routines
Building positive relationships with children and staff
Helping create a safe, engaging and inclusive learning environmentThe Early Years Teaching Assistant role would suit someone who is patient, enthusiastic and confident working with young children. Previous experience in a nursery, Reception class, primary school or childcare setting would be beneficial.
