We are seeking a dedicated Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a small class of Early Years children with complex needs. This is a full-time role within a specialist SEN school, providing vital support to both the students and teaching staff.
About the Role:

• Support young children with complex needs in an inclusive and structured learning environment.
• Work closely with teachers and therapists to ensure each child's individual learning plan is followed.
• Assist with daily activities, sensory play, and communication support.
• Foster a safe, supportive, and engaging atmosphere to promote development and confidence.

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in an Early Years setting is essential.
• Experience working with children with SEN or complex needs is highly desirable.
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning support.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators and specialists.
