Teaching Assistant - Early Years

Location: Tameside
Hours: 12:00pm - 6:00pm
Start Date: ASAP
Pay: Competitive, dependent on experience

Tradewind Recruitment are currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming Primary School in Tameside. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a strong Early Years background who enjoys supporting young children and helping them thrive in their early education.

The successful candidate will have previous experience working with children in Nursery or Early Years settings and must hold a recognised Early Years qualification.

The role will involve:

Supporting children within an Early Years/Primary setting.
Working closely with the class teacher and wider school team.
Supporting children's learning, development and wellbeing.
Helping to create a positive, engaging and inclusive learning environment.The ideal candidate will have:

A recognised Early Years qualification.
Previous experience working in a Nursery or Early Years setting.
A genuine passion for working with young children.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
