Job Description - E-Billing Executive

Totum Partners is excited to partner with a prestigious law firm in their search for an experienced eBilling Administrator to join their billing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled e-biller to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

The ideal e-billing administrator will be responsible for:

  • Assist partners and fee earners in the preparation of e-bills for clients.
  • Develop expertise in working with various e-billing systems.
  • Track the status of submitted e-bills, identify any issues, and address rejections or reductions promptly.
  • Build strong communication and relationships with partners and fee-earning staff.
  • Provide reports for internal reviews and to meet external client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the billing team to support its operations.
  • Manage queries and requests.
  • Verify client-specific rate accommodations, apply approved discounts to e-bills, track volume discounts, and ensure that rates are updated on time and at key milestones.
  • Set up and maintain agreed-upon e-billing rates for clients.

The ideal e-billing administrator will have:

  • Experience in e-billing systems.
  • Focused on client needs, tailoring services accordingly.
  • Strong at building lasting relationships with colleagues and clients alike.
  • Able to stay calm and manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Highly organised, excelling at multitasking and meeting deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a sharp eye for grammar.
  • Experienced in working within diverse teams and championing inclusivity.
  • Embodies professionalism and integrity, always upholding ethical standards.
