Our leading international law firm client is recruiting an eBilling Manager to join their fantastic Finance team on a permanent basis.

The Finance department is responsible for handling all financial matters in respect of the London Office and the co-ordination of financial affairs in the international offices. The eBilling team consists of two eBilling analyst and one eBilling administrator.

The eBilling Manager Role

We’re looking for candidates to take ownership of the firm wide eBilling operations. In this role you will lead the team and oversee the end-to-end eBilling process, ensuring the accurate and timely submission of invoices through a range of client platforms including Serengeti, CounselLink, Tymetrix, and BillBlast.

You’ll play a key role in maintaining compliance with client SLAs, managing billing deadlines, and mitigating financial risk. As a strategic leader, you’ll drive the development and implementation of best practices that promote consistency and scalability across the firm’s EMEA and APAC offices.

You will also take the lead in configuring and rolling out the firm’s eBilling hub for major clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and full system alignment with client requirements.

The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years’ experience in a Senior eBilling role and have experience of leading and managing teams.
