Do you have experience in the building insulation sector, with knowledge of insulation and Passivhaus principles, and a passion for environmentally friendly practices?

The company has been providing sustainable building insulation materials for over 15 years to homes across the South West. They provide eco-friendly solutions to clients, offering a 1-1 consultancy service with a focus on sustainable building insulation methods.

In this role you will be responsible for developing and building customer relationships, and playing a key role in liaising between the team and clients to ensure the right products are recommended. You will be taught about the technical products on offer and will advise customers and ensure customer satisfaction.

The Role:

• Provide technical support to customers including evaluating drawings to optimise thermal performance of the building
• Provide technical sales advice and support to architects, surveyors, builders, and private home owners
• Provide U-Value calculations, condensation risk analysis and hygrothermal analysis

The Person:

• Experience in the construction sector
• Understanding of Insulation, Passivhaus principles, building regulations, U-Value and Dew Point analysis, commercial knowledge
