In this role you will be responsible for managing a small team of 3 ecologists, where your team will conduct surveys that will inform planners and project managers on the ecological value of development sites. You will be integral to the protection of vulnerable species and habitats, ensuring compliance with environmental laws. Founded over a decade ago, this company design, construct and maintain highway systems for Nottinghamshire Council. This company is rapidly expanding and need an experienced Senior Ecologist to join the team and provide consultations on the environmental impact of multi-million-pound highway projects. This role would suit a Senior Ecologist looking to step into a management role where you will lead a small team and deliver large scale projects for this well-established highway company.
