What you'll be doing:

• Leading a skilled ecology team to deliver consultancy services across a wide range of environmental projects

• Managing resources, setting priorities, and ensuring high-quality ecological input at all stages

• Acting as the technical lead for ecology, advising colleagues, clients, and stakeholders

• Overseeing compliance with ecological legislation and internal standards

• Supporting the development of new business opportunities and building relationships across the sector
