eCommerce Assistant

Blooming Artificial is the UK’s go-to online retailer of premium artificial plants, trees and flowers. Founded in 2008, the company has sourced a strong range of no-maintenance fauxs used in homes and businesses across the UK. We’re now looking for an eCommerce Assistant to join our team. This is an exciting entry-level role offering broad exposure across customer service, product management, operations, and marketing support — perfect for someone looking to build a career in eCommerce.

The role:

You’ll play a hands-on role in the day-to-day running of the business. You'll support a wide range of departments, working across admin tasks, customer support, product listings, stock handling and more.

This is a varied and fast-paced position, suited to someone who enjoys learning, has strong attention to detail, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities include:

- Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat, providing friendly and efficient support

- Maintain accurate product information across our website and ERP system

- Assist with resolving simple accounting queries flagged by our accounts team

- Support our in-house florist with stock requests, box making and labelling

- Help prepare for product photoshoots and events

- Collate company performance data and assist with regular KPI reporting

Previous eCommerce experience isn’t essential — but an interest in online retail and a can-do attitude is a must.
