Forward Role are excited to be partnering again with this fast-growing lifestyle and sportswear brand, who, due to significant growth, are now looking to expand their Ecommerce function with an Ecommerce Assistant. This person will play a key role in ensuring both the website and app channels run efficiently, products are launched on time and customer's experience exceptional service.

Responsibilities will include:

• Manage and maintain product listings across both the website and app
• Assist with planning and executing new product launches and promotional campaigns
• Daily on-line merchandising of both the website and app
• Monitor and review key website metrics including conversion rates and AOV
• Review on-site customer behaviour and make recommendations for improving the customer journey

To be considered for this role, you must:

• Hold a relevant Degree, ideally within Marketing, Business or Economics
• Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
• Have a strong attention to detail
• Have the ability to work within a fast-paced environment
