Ecommerce Content Co-ordinator - Harrogate Based Role

Are you an organised and detail-focused individual with an interest in ecommerce, product or content? We are seeking an Ecommerce Content Co-ordinator to join my client, one of the UK’s market-leading multi-channel retailers. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with office experience, eager to develop their skills in ecommerce, content management and product.

As the Ecommerce Content Co-ordinator, your main focus will be transferring product content and descriptions onto various online platforms, ensuring all information is accurate, engaging, and fit for purpose. You will also support email marketing campaigns, promotional activity, website updates, and assist in managing affiliate and retargeting activities.

This role involves liaising with internal teams to coordinate customer communications related to stock and pricing, supporting promotional events, and helping schedule social media posts. Full training will be provided, so previous ecommerce experience is helpful but not essential.

Key responsibilities of the Ecommerce Content Co-ordinator:

• Uploading and maintaining product content across multiple online channels

• Ensuring product descriptions and visuals are engaging and accurate

• Supporting email marketing campaigns with compelling content

• Assisting in website content updates and new product launches

• Coordinating and supporting promotional activity and events

• Managing affiliate programmes and retargeting support

• Coordinating customer communications about stock availability and pricing

• Supporting social media scheduling and promotional event preparation

• Providing general support to the ecommerce and marketing teams

Person specification:

• Must be highly organised with the ability to prioritise work on a daily basis

• Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team

• A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement

• Strong computer literacy with all MS Office packages is vital

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

What’s on offer:

• Salary £24,000-£26,000 per annum

• Location: Harrogate
