About the Role

As our new Ecommerce Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our high-performing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) team — owning the delivery new product launches on D2C, bringing them to life across multiple channels and markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

• This role will be owning the D2C delivery of new product launches across both Shark and Ninja.

  Coordinating campaign activity for new product launches across teams, ensuring content is delivered on time and new products are launched smoothly

  
  


• 
  

  Managing the day-to-day flow of D2C marketing campaigns across organic and paid channels

  
  


• 
  

  Leading campaign planning meetings, aligning timelines, actions, and deliverables with internal stakeholders

  
  


• 
  

  Tracking campaign KPIs and supporting the team with performance reporting and insight sharing

  
  


• 
  

  Partnering with Marketing, Trading, and Merchandising teams to ensure campaigns support wider digital and commercial goals

  
  


• 
  

  Helping manage workloads and priorities within the digital team to keep delivery on track

  
  


• 
  

  Supporting continuous improvement of campaign planning, delivery, and reporting processes

  
  


• 
  

  Building trusted relationships with cross-functional teams and external agencies where required

  Supporting team members from campaign inception through execution and wrap-up

  Experience using project management tools like Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar
