Ecommerce Coordinator
Location: Scunthorpe or Leeds (Hybrid options considered)
Full-Time | Permanent
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Sage Benefits

Are you a marketplace-savvy ecommerce professional looking for your next challenge? We’re working with a well-established distributor in the home improvement sector who are looking to expand their digital presence – and you could be the key to that growth.

As Ecommerce Coordinator, you’ll take ownership of third-party marketplace activity, managing platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Wayfair, B&Q, and The Range. You’ll ensure listings are optimized, pricing is competitive, and customer experience remains consistently strong. What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and growing listings on major online marketplaces
• Uploading new products, optimizing content, pricing, and visuals
• Monitoring sales performance, ROI, and campaign results
• Working cross-functionally to manage stock availability and order flow
• Handling customer feedback and ensuring service levels are met
• Supporting marketing campaigns, promotions, and A/B testing
• Staying up to date with marketplace policies and compliance needs

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience managing online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay etc.)
• Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms and digital best practices
• Proficient with Excel and familiar with CMS and channel management tools
• Detail-oriented and highly organised with excellent communication skills
• Understanding of ecommerce SEO and digital marketing principles
• Experience in the kitchen, bathroom or home improvement space is a bonus

Location: Role can be based in either Scunthorpe or Leeds – some flexibility for hybrid working may be available.
