A fast-growing fashion business is looking for an ambitious eCommerce Executive to manage two exciting streetwear eCommerce brands. Working closely with the Head of Trade, this role offers the opportunity to shape the digital customer journey, drive site performance, and support the growth of online revenue through trading, content, and campaign management. This is the perfect role for a detail-oriented and data-savvy eCommerce Executive ready to step up in the world of digital retail.

• Manages the daily trading of two fashion eCommerce websites

• Optimises on-site merchandising and product recommendations to improve the customer journey

• Ensures all content is accurate, on-brand, and SEO-friendly

• Collaborates with internal teams to deliver digital campaigns and support brand activity

• Supports the day-to-day management of social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) to drive site traffic and engagement

• Works alongside the Ads and CRM Managers to enhance audience targeting and lifecycle marketing

• Analyses website performance and customer behaviour using tools like Google Analytics

• Shares actionable insights and recommends improvements to increase conversions and user satisfaction

• Assists in delivering the broader digital strategy with input from the Head of Trade

• Maintains strong attention to detail and delivers work on time in a fast-paced environment

• A background of 2+ years in an eCommerce or online merchandising role

• Solid working knowledge of Shopify Plus is essential

• Proficient in using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel

• Familiar with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo, Hubspot, or Salesforce

• Confident in using social media platforms to support web growth

• Highly organised with strong prioritisation and adaptability skills

• Analytical mindset, natural problem-solver, and detail-focused

• A driven and resourceful eCommerce Executive who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
