Ecommerce Executive

We are seeking a Chinese-speaking Ecommerce Administrator to assist with listing new products for the launch of a new brand in China. This role is ideal for a strong administrator who is fluent in Chinese and has a keen eye for detail.

• Accurately list new products on various ecommerce platforms, ensuring all information is correct and optimised for the Chinese market.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure product listings align with brand messaging and launch strategies.
• Monitor and update product information as needed to maintain accuracy and competitiveness.
• Assist in managing the backend of the ecommerce system, including inventory tracking and order processing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline the product launch process.
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and reporting.

• Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) is essential.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
