eCommerce Executive

Proximity Recruitment are seeking a proactive E-Commerce Executive (up to £32,000 + Benefits) to join a creative & successful business with a supportive & collaborative culture, based in Leicestershire. The successful eCommerce Executive will support and optimise the online platforms across multiple exciting international brands. The role requires 2 days a week in the office.

Working closely with the wider ecommerce, digital & marketing departments this right individual will be able to work smartly with data, bring new ideas to the table and be a great team player in a friendly team.

Responsibilities include:

• Content Management: Update product listings, homepage content, and blogs.
• Product Uploads: Manage seamless data integration into Shopify and other platforms.
• Merchandising: Use performance insights (GA4) to manage site content, promotions, and best-sellers.
• Campaign Support: Help execute seasonal promotions and sales events.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams to ensure accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Reporting & Troubleshooting: Track sales performance and assist in resolving website issues.

Requirements:

• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (retail or brand environment).
• Technical Savvy: Comfortable with Shopify, GA4, and basic SEO.
• Detail-Oriented with strong organisational and communication skills.
• Self-Starter: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Passion for Digital and willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
