ECommerce Executive – Crawley

Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Working Pattern: Office-based, 5 days per week

About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced ECommerce Executive to manage and optimise their online product listings and website content.

The ideal candidate will have strong Shopify experience, good design skills and an understanding of SEO and AI search optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

Upload, manage and optimise product listings on Shopify.

*

Create and design website banners and promotional graphics.

*

Optimise product titles, descriptions and content for search engines (SEO).

*

Improve product content visibility for AI-powered search engines and AI bots.

*

Ensure product information, images and pricing are accurate and up to date.

*

Maintain and improve website content and product pages.

*

Support online promotions and website updates.

Requirements

*

Shopify experience is essential.

*

Experience managing and optimising eCommerce product listings.

*

Ability to design website banners and graphics using tools such as Photoshop or Canva.

*

Good understanding of SEO best practices.

*

Knowledge of AI search optimisation and how to structure product content for AI discovery.

*

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

*

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
