Job Description - eCommerce Manager

We’ve partnered with a fast-growing, design-led luxury brand with big plans. Backed by an established parent company and known for their focus on sustainability and craftsmanship, they’re on a mission to scale their digital presence globally. With a brand-new site and an ambitious vision, they’re now on the lookout for an experienced eCommerce Managerto take ownership of trading, CX, and site performance.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll be the go-to for all things eCommerce — running the Shopify Plus site day-to-day, owning conversion rate optimisation, managing content updates, and delivering a best-in-class customer journey from homepage through to checkout. Working closely with marketing, design, and fulfilment teams, you’ll ensure that new products, seasonal campaigns, and launches go live smoothly — optimising how they look and perform online. You’ll also lead the charge on testing, UX improvements, and roadmap planning.

Beyond the site, you’ll help steer email automation, reporting, and longer-term retention strategies — with full visibility across performance and the freedom to experiment, test, and iterate as you grow the channel.

What experience you’ll need
  • Experience in a fast-paced eCommerce role, ideally within a luxury, fashion, or lifestyle brand as an eCommerce Manager.
  • Strong Shopify Plus knowledge — you know your way around front-end merchandising, conversion journeys, and product optimisation.
  • Comfortable with analytics (Google Analytics, site metrics, performance dashboards) and using data to make commercial decisions.
  • A keen eye for design and detail — someone who can bridge creative and commercial thinking.
  • Experience working with digital agencies or in-house developers.
  • Strong grasp of CX, retention, and ideally some knowledge of drop shipping or wholesale models.
  • Comfortable rolling up your sleeves, solving problems, and wearing multiple hats as the team scales.
What you’ll get in return for your talents
You’ll be joining a purpose-driven business with a genuinely stunning product and a hugely supportive team around you. This is a high-ownership role where you’ll have real influence and a platform to grow. You'll be joining a passionate ambitious team with big growth plans and the opportunity to build something from the ground up, with backing from an established group. Salary is up to £40K.
